Missing Items
For any missing items in your order, please send us an unboxing video showing the items you received. Inform us within 7 days of delivery, and once confirmed, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s).
Exchange for Wrong Product
If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, please note that shipping costs for returning and receiving the replacement product will be your responsibility, as we operate as a wholesale platform. Contact our customer support team for further instructions.

Refund Process
